Data controller: Connection Game AS (for core profiling in the Service)
Contact: kjersti@connectiongame.no
This is a short summary of how we use your information when you use Connection Game. For the full overview, read the Privacy Policy.
1) When you use Connection Game
When you use Connection Game, we need to process some information about you to:
- create and operate your user account
- link you to the correct organization and team
- show you and your team analyses and insights
- provide a personal AI coach and store chat history for continuity
- keep the Service secure and stable
We do this because we have a contract with your organization and a legitimate interest in delivering and operating the Service.
You do not need separate consent for this core use. You still have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object — see section 5.
Your organization decides how team insights are used internally, but you control sharing of your individual profiling within the Service where applicable.
By creating an account and using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2) Big Five personality profile (optional)
The Big Five test is optional. You can use Connection Game without taking it.
- I consent to Connection Game using my Big Five test responses to create a personal Big Five profile.
Purpose: to give you better insight into your work preferences and style, and to support more detailed team-dynamics analyses.
The profile is primarily for you. High-level trait summaries may be visible to teammates; detailed facets are not shared as a separate profile for others.
You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & Consent. We will stop using your Big Five data and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, in line with the Privacy Policy.
3) Voice analysis, meeting data, and text analysis
The Service can transcribe and analyze meeting recordings.
Voice analysis (Soniox and/or AssemblyAI, pyannoteAI for speaker separation)
- Audio is used to create text transcriptions and team-level analyses.
- Audio files are deleted within 24 hours after upload.
- We use EU regions where possible. The default orchestrated meeting flow uses Soniox's EU endpoint and pyannoteAI.
Text analysis (OpenAI)
- Text you write and meeting transcriptions may be analyzed by language models for suggestions and insight.
- We send only what is necessary for each analysis.
- Your content is not used to train OpenAI models by default. Current OpenAI API use may involve processing outside the EU/EEA under contractual safeguards.
Transcriptions and meeting data
- Meeting text may be stored and used for analyses and insight at team and individual level.
- Raw transcriptions are deleted within 180 days after transcription.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing team insight and improving collaboration, together with your organization’s responsibility for lawful recording and participant information where required.
4) How we store and share data
